Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team and support individuals in accessing high-quality care and services tailored to their needs.

**About the Role**:
As a **Youth Worker** in coordinating support services, ensuring participants receive the best possible care. Advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and needs are met.
- Provide guidance on NDIS processes and service navigation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support ongoing service improvements.
- referring clients to agencies that can provide additional help
- assessing community need and resources for health, welfare, housing, employment, training and other facilities and services
- liaising with community groups, welfare agencies, government bodies and private businesses about community issues and promoting awareness of community resources and services
- supporting families and providing education and care for children and disabled persons in adult service units, group housing and government institutions

Skill Level:

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma orAt least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
