A strong understanding in customer retention, ongoing service and new business development is essential to your success. _**
Our client who we are proud to represent is a leading Air Conditioning Supplier and Installation Company in Sydney and have been serving households and businesses across Sydney for more than 10 years. Experts in their field, they help you in making the right air conditioning choice for your residential and commercial spaces. Full service, to after sales support is provided to take care of all your air conditioning requirements.
You will need to have an excellent understanding of AC & Refrigerant Systems, Service Agreements, Sales pipelines and Customer Integration.
Being a strong sales professional who can work closely with the Management and Operations team to develop a strategic business development plan as well as recognising all new and current sales opportunities is essential to grow the business through strong Value based selling.
**The Role**
- Utilise your network and industry knowledge to identify sales opportunities, new business leads and grow existing clients to build a solid sales pipeline
- Be commercially minded and work closely within the operations team to establish long term clients and establish regular campaigns
- Build sales from past and current enquiries, follow through on quotes and your referral base
- Liaise with relevant players within the market to maintain positioning as a leading company
- Work with the Marketing Team to drive increasing results and outcomes for clients
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of Sales/Business Development in an electrical, building, Airconditioning or service environment.
- Exceptional communication skills across all formats
- Extensive sales knowledge and service agreements campaign markets
- An ability to build and drive strategies
- A robust result driven mindset and dynamic approach
- A customer-driven focus and flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Key understanding of the market and competitors
- Creativity and ideas - continuously pushing to improve the business
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in Video Conferencing
- Background in Digital Marketing
- Full understanding of API and how it benefits clients
- Proven ability to use CRM software and in particular Simpro or similar
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Full working rights in Australia
