**About the Role**:
**Sales Representative**

We are seeking a sales professional with exceptional customer service who is both motivated and dedicated to their work. We seek someone preferably with prior experience (although not essential) within sales who will be a great asset to the team while being reliable.

The role will primarily involve going from door to door offering our services and installing IHDs (In-Home Display) to the customer. You will also be expected to acquire new business and provide us reliable leads for other services we offer. The following points are as follows:

- Door to door sales
- Installing IHDs
- Aid with managing bookings - helping customers book future jobs
- Develop new customer relationships
- Pitch our other services e.g Electrical service, fan seal installation, LED installation etc

**Qualifications**
- Self-motivated and great work ethic
- 1-2+ years of proven sales experience **(preferred)**
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong communication Skills
- Previous experience in VEU/VEET program **(preferred)**
- Passion for customer service

**Salary**
The position is a fully commissioned based position spanning from $45-$60 per IHD installation. However, if successful in offering the customer our other services there is a potential to make up to $90-$120 per house once the job is done by one of our qualified electricians. Average customers served currently is 8 per day.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be double vaccinated.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keilor VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
