Keilor, Australia Comfort Disability and Aged Home Care Services Full time

Comfort is an Aged Care and NDIS Provider, we are happy to announce we are now expanding into the aids equipment sector for the Aged and Disability Community.

Comfort is seeking to appoint someone who can make an exceptional first impression and offers excellent sales skills, team support, customer service and superior administration.

Prior knowledge of rehabilitation/healthcare equipment would be an advantage, however not essential as training is provided.

This position is full-time in our Kielor Down's office.

**The key responsibilities for this full-time position are**:

- Leading a successful customer service team
- Setting a benchmark of exceptional customer service
- Providing a great first impression via phone
- Ensuring timely communication correspondence with clients
- Performing office administration duties
- Customer Service Department management planning

**To be successful for this position you will**:

- Have an exceptional telephone manner, be highly personable, approachable, motivated and friendly, yet professional at all times
- Display problem solving techniques
- Be highly organised and able to multi-task
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be customer focused and able to provide solutions to meet our clients’ individual needs
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Enjoys working towards targets
