As a Reintegration Officer, you will work closely with inmates, supporting them through structured programs that encourage personal growth, resilience, and positive behavioural change. This role requires a high level of ethical integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security within a custodial setting.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Strong motivational and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with inmates, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with offender or similar client groups, understanding the unique challenges they face and demonstrating empathy while maintaining boundaries.
- Commitment to confidentiality regarding inmate, staff, and operational information, with a strong sense of fairness and ethical conduct.
- Ability to identify and address issues within your area of responsibility and bring innovative ideas to improve processes and support reintegration.
- A proactive approach to working as part of a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Background in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
