**Department Summary**
Project Management takes projects from planning to delivery - on time, on budget, and on brief. Project Management is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.
Being a good Digital Producer requires a diverse mix of skills and experience. To be effective you need to be more than just organised and a good communicator. You’ll need to be able to prioritise, keep calm and focused, be approachable, and have a passion for Digital. You’ll want to know how things work and you are always on the look-out for new tools, services and ways of doing things.
**Role Summary**
This role requires somebody who is comfortable being client facing, while being adept at managing internal team deliveries for creative production and technical builds. You should be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively on digital content management tasks, alongside the client.
This Digital Producer will be primarily responsible for delivering CRM creative and digital media content. You will ingest briefs from clients, prepare timelines, develop creative briefs, manage creative teams to quality delivery, work with developers, manage revisions, and proof communications delivery.
Regular responsibilities will include:
- Developing data, technical and creative briefs
- Briefing in teams - Data, Creative, CRM developers and agency partners.
- Keeping client WIP docs up to date.
- Ensuring technical updates and software developments are rigorously tested.
- Building strong relationships with client & agency village teams, managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitoring interactions between your team and the client and follow up to demonstrate strong client management.
- Asking questions that push, challenge and stretch your clients and colleagues to foster creativity, or better our service.
- Motivating others in your team or project to come up with new ideas and initiatives. Encourage them to challenge current approaches / methods.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a digital production management role (a minimum of 2 years commercial experience is required across the wider spectrum of digital BAU)
- Experience managing creative and development teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Excellent client facing communications skills. (At least 1 years’ experience.)
- Previous automotive client experience a bonus but not essential.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills
- Technical competence. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a huge plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to work within a team environment.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and keep calm in busy periods where priorities can shift at a fast pace.
- A passion for creativity and a keen design eye is a huge bonus.
