**We Are Seeking An Experienced Fire And Security Officer To Join Our Fire And Security Team On A Casual Basis.**

**About the Role**

Our Fire and Security department is proactive and motivated in providing services for the safety and security for patients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires an individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to responding efficiently to assistance requests and activated emergency codes across the campus within the department's scope and taking part in concierge duties.

**About You**

To excel in this role, you should be highly organized, which will help you prioritize your tasks efficiently. You should be able to thrive in a team setting while also showing the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Flexibility to handle a 24/7 rotating shift environment, while also having the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

You will also bring:

- Current Security Officer Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role at a hospital (desirable)
- Previous experience with Fire Safety Systems (desirable)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills when interacting with other disciplines, patients and the public

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate of $30.35 to $32.34 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
