Hygiene is paramount in food service industry. Back of house team members are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all health department regulations are met.

**Time management**

In a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong time management skills are critical. Back of house team members need to efficiently manage their tasks and timings to keep up with the tempo of the restaurant and ensure food is prepared and served promptly.

**Attention to detail**

Attention to detail is essential in maintaining food quality and presentation. A background team member must be meticulous in preparation and while following recipes, as well as carefully uphold food safety standards.

**Teamwork**

Back of house team members usually work as part of a team. The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with coworkers is essential to ensure smooth operations and a harmonious workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.72 - $36.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
