Client is seeking someone with an asian or Filipino background or someone with an indigenous background who is compassionate dedicated female Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including in-home and community support.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide personal care, complete household tasks, and facilitate leisure activities, ensuring that each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

To be considered for this role, it is required that you have the following:
1. a minimum of 2 years of experience in Mental Health

2. supporting clients with Complex Bowel Management,

3. experience with Urinary Cathetermanagement

4. Complex Wound management.

5. Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care.

In addition to these qualifications, it is also necessary to have a current police check, manual handling certificate, and Working with Children check. You must also hold a First Aid and CPR Certificate, have completed the NDIS Orientation Module, passed a workers screening check, and possess a double vaccination certificate and COVID-19 infection control certificate. A valid Victorian driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are also required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
