**Product Design Lead**
- Overview:_
- Digital transformation partner for established organizations globally.
- Focus on enabling digital states, transforming work methods, and enhancing customer service.

- Responsibilities:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful solutions in the Public Sector.
- Involved in all experience stages: from incubating ideas to prototyping and testing.
- Close-knit team fostering innovation, experience excellence, and sustainability.
- Bridge between strategy and technology, offering services in product design, service design, spatial design, design research, and content design.
- Your Impact:_
- Lead UX capability, champion discovery, research, and data synthesis.
- Shape and position ideas for organizational impact with excellent communication.
- Work on shaping, prototyping, wireframing, validating, and testing product solutions.
- Develop a thorough POV on craft, tools, and process.
- Propose creative approaches to systems and processes aligned with user needs.
- Develop specification documentation for software implementation.
- Facilitate design workshops, collaborate on product strategy, and define success metrics.
- Develop relationships across project teams and lead/manage small project tracks autonomously.
- Qualifications:_
- At least 5 years of Product Design experience, especially in the public sector.
- Strong grounding in either User Experience or Visual Design, ability to work between UX and UI.
- Skills in facilitation, presentation, storytelling, stakeholder management.
- Experience in audits, competitive benchmarking, complex system mapping, user flows, and user research.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, XD), and design documentation.
- Collaboration in agile teams, experience with design systems, interaction design, and navigation systems.

- Consulting experience, agile environment proficiency, and innovation incubation.
- Excitement for combining behavioral science with design or prior AI-powered experiences.
- Prototyping with code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React Native).
