**About The Role...**

As a Naturopath based within the Pharmacy, you will deliver high level customer service whilst being informative and providing advice on a range of Naturopath services.You will maintain confidential records on Naturopathy consultations and use those records to provide follow up care to your clients.

**In this role, you will**:

- provide friendly and professional customer service and advice in all areas of Naturopathy
- suggest products that meet customers’ needs
- build and maintain relationships with customers
- have the ability to build the business and maintain your client records and appointments
- be able to work independently and be self-motivated

**What Are We Looking For?**

**Y**ou will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent personal and professional presentation, be energetic and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

**Experience, skills & attributes**:

- Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) or equivalent. Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy considered.
- experience preferred but would consider a new graduate
- have professional indemnity insurance and membership with a professional association.
- outstanding customer service and administration skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- cash handling & EFTPOS experience
- excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- previous retail experience in Pharmacy highly regarded
- willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement
