We are currently searching for a highly motivated team player with well-rounded Kofax technical skills to assist our professional services and solution delivery team.

We are an award-winning provider of business process automation solutions and have utilised best of breed technologies to develop our latest Accounts Payable automation product.

The role is dynamic, fast-paced and varied. You will work in a small, highly professional team to assist with a range of tasks including solution scoping, product configuration and integration, end-user training and business analysis, including related to ongoing product development.

**General Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Conduct requirement workshops, to analysis as-is and determine to-be design
- Writing of Solution Requirements, Solution Design, and Gap Analysis Documentation;
- Install and configure our product and solution to meet the customers’ agreed solution specifications;
- Provide training for system administrators and key client system users to ensure a solid understanding of the software solution and capabilities;
- Anticipating, determining and being accountable for the technical integrity of the design, in accordance with clients’ requirements
- Providing recommendations, solutions and advice for:

- adding additional features or functionality to the product;
- simplifying and automating solution delivery and integration; and
- driving standardised processes;
- Perform cross-training and education within the team if there are obvious gaps;
- Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Assist and support sales team with presales activities such as tenders, preparation of the demonstration system, and identify technical risks and issues,
- Quickly become knowledgeable on our products and processes.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Have an understanding of Accounts Payable principles and processes;
- Understanding of BPM and workflow principles;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in developing Business Requirements and Design Documents;
- Knowledge and experience in delivering and supporting IT projects;
- Ability to use initiative, multi-task, and manage processes autonomously;
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to ask questions and explain a proposed course of action
- Excellent business consultancy skills and experience in process analysis, design, and modelling with great attention to detail;
- Proven experience in providing consultancy, engaging with customers, and running workshops to satisfy the business needs and outcomes;
**Technical Skills**
- Must have experience in Kofax or OCR technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#.NET
- Experience with MSSQL databases and stored procedures
- Experience with IIS and Application Pools
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, eg, IP connectivity, IP services, DNS, VPN
- Security fundamentals - desirable
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in web service (SOAP, REST, XML) requirements to facilitate integration.

- Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Ability to work across a range of business productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Ability to use initiative, multi-task, and manage processes autonomously;
- Possess a professional phone manner and a positive mental attitude;
- ERP or Finance System implementation experience - desirable;
