**About Us**
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.
**About the Role**
We are on the hunt for talented People Partners to join a dynamic People Partnering team with a client centred approach. These roles will be at the forefront of shaping our people strategies and solutions.
Operating as a trusted within the People Partnering team, your responsibilities will play a vital role in shaping our organisational culture, the experience of our people leaders and drive the success of our people strategies.
Working closely with the Senior People Partner, you will provide expert guidance and support to people leaders on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, employee wellbeing and organisational change.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to the development of our culture, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. These roles offer a unique opportunity to make a real impact within our organisation by fostering a positive and supportive work environment while driving strategic HR initiatives.

- You are an experienced HR professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving organisational success.
- You have a proven track record as an HR generalist, with a deep understanding of employee relations matters and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR solutions.
- You excel in stakeholder engagement, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to analyse complex situations and inform strategic actions that drive business success.
