We are looking for experienced Assistant in Nursing / Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. Our priority is to help our clients living empowered and independently at home and also improving their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.

**A BIT MORE ABOUT THE POSITION**:

- You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients’ individual needs in both their home and community
- All of our clients are based on the Northern Beaches and North Sydney
- Shifts available at all times giving you the opportunity create your own hours
- Paid hours (casual) + Kilometres + Super - Attractive hourly rates
- You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to use on shifts
- You MUST be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**:

- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Assistance
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping, or any other social activity
- Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to provide personal and domestic care with joy and kindness - Empathy is essential
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people;
- Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team;
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- High level of time management and organisational ability;
- Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dee Why NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
