**Position Overview**:
As a Care Staff Employee, you will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily needs, ensuring their well-being, dignity, and comfort. This role requires a caring and empathetic approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, considering dietary requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Support clients with medication reminders and assist in following care plans.
- Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Follow infection control and workplace health and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Any of the following: Undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing, Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services..
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar role (advantageous but not required).
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- On call
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Northern Beaches NSW (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
