**Purpose**:
As a Bebe Ballet Teacher, your purpose is to inspire young children (18 months to 8 years old) by delivering age appropriate dance lessons in a supportive environment. You’ll foster joy, instil discipline and create an engaging learning experience that leaves a lasting impact. Building meaningful relationships, you’ll promote happiness and a lifelong love of dance.

**In This Role, You Will**:

- **Deliver Joy**: Teach the Bebe Ballet Curriculum, ensuring each class is fun, engaging and in line with our guidelines.

- **Precious Beginnings**:Recognise and honour the unique impact of your role as their first dance teacher, inspiring a lifelong passion for dance
- **Make Connections**: Ensure every dancer and their family feel seen and heard, offering personalised feedback regularly.
- **Encourage Participation**: Prepare students for performances and special activities, sparking their enthusiasm for dance.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Actively contribute to Team Trainings, respond to Studio HQ and complete end of session feedback, sharing insights and updates.
- **Inspire Growth**: Lead classes confidently, using provided tools to help students thrive.
- **Embrace Learning**: Seek opportunities for personal and professional development, staying engaged in studio life.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A genuine love for teaching young children, with a talent for creating fun and engaging lessons.
- A strong understanding of the Curriculum, knowing when to adhere to it and when to adapt to ensure success.
- Patience and care in teaching ballet fundamentals, ensuring every child feels supported.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear, constructive feedback to students and families.
- A detail oriented approach to meeting curriculum guidelines and giving individual attention.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to share insights and contribute to the studio’s success.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and creative problem-solving, particularly with toddlers and preschoolers
- Professional appearance and demeanour, proudly representing the Bebe Ballet brand.

**The Non-Negotiables**:

- A strong ballet background.
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain one.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
