Are you an experienced Post Office professional looking to join a thriving team? Our Licensed Post Office in the bayside area of Brisbane is currently seeking dedicated individuals for casual/part-time roles. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our community and maintaining a strong reputation for excellence.

Available Positions:

- Counter Operator (Casual)

Qualifications & Experience:

- Prior experience at an LPO or CPO is essential (No EIS or Passport accreditation).

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Delivering top-notch customer service and handling sales transactions with accuracy.
- Managing high-value transactions, including cash handling, cheques, credit card, and EFTPOS operations.
- Processing inbound and outbound mail, including POB mail sorting, mail processing, and handling carded parcels.
- Merchandising and restocking shelves, as well as participating in stock relays.
- Opening and closing the shop, along with managing the office balance.
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the shop, including cleaning duties.
