**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As HR Business Partner, you will deliver expert practice and support to all stakeholders of the organisation. The scope of the position includes all aspects of the employee lifecycle, operationalising HR strategic initiatives, complex employment relations matters, oversight of transactional HR, compliance reporting, metric preparation, and analyses.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish best practice service models, governance frameworks, business systems, policies, and procedures;
- Develop the organisation's learning and development strategy to develop and maintain required workforce capabilities;
- Ensure organisational policies and procedures enable, support, and reinforce good practice;
- Drive a positive and continuous improvement culture within the work environment;
- Implement and adhere to OHS standards and policies.
- Recruitment of, on-boarding, inducting and off-boarding talent;
- Support Managers with all employee, workplace and statutory related matters.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Previous senior HR experience in an NDIS and/or NFP setting is desirable;
- Possess an Undergraduate or post graduate qualifications in Human Resources (or similar);
- Possess a NDIS Worker Screening check and Police Check;
- Be able to manage and coordinate complex HR initiatives and projects;
- Experience in complex employment matters;
- Exposure to learning and development, compliance reporting and metric preparation;
- Excellent change management and critical analysis skills.
