**This role focuses on expanding and delivering Genpact’s BCM Consulting services in Australia by partnering with global clients on strategic and operational initiatives. It blends con**sultativ**e **experti**se with project management to drive transformation, enhance service value, and develop innovative business continuity solutions.

**Responsibilities**

**Partner with regional and global clients to deliver Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services**

**Lead the design and deployment of Target Operating Models and Global Process Designs**

**Manage consulting engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring measurable value delivery**

**Deliver end-state organization model designs and integrate digital technology into core BCM solutions**

**Own and drive consulting projects across performance drivers—strategy, tactical execution, and operations**

**Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to develop tailored BCM solutions**

**Mentor and coach account teams to strengthen consulting capabilities and move up the service value chain**

**Drive solution development and adaptation aligned to client needs and emerging sector issues**

**Focus on market development, leveraging unique execution frameworks and bundling technology with processes**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**_Minimum Qualifications_**

**MBA preferred with** Relevant years** of domain and consulting experience

**Proven experience in consulting, project management, and client relationship management**

**Demonstrated ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and lead project scope discussions**

**Global perspective with understanding of business marketplace**

**Strong verbal and written communication skills**

**Excellent project/program management and presentation skills**

**Consultative selling**expertise** with innovative, creative thinking

**Strong business acumen with knowledge across multiple industry sectors**
