We are a dynamic and family-run business based in Carrum Downs, looking for a reliable and hands-on **Warehouse Pick and Packer** to join our team. This role is perfect for mums seeking flexible work hours during school time (9 am - 3 pm) in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders promptly and accurately.
- Pre-packing products for orders or general stock readiness.
- General warehouse duties, including box taping, stock replenishment, and organizing.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Meeting daily dispatch deadlines with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including box-taping and picking/packing orders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong time management skills to meet daily deadlines.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock (within safe limits).
