THE POSITION
- We are in search of a highly organised and efficient team member to work in our Auburn warehouse. Along with other team members, you will need to ensure our warehouse has smooth processing of product workflow, stock control, dispatch and delivery to our clients. Your role is important to ensure all customers have a positive experience in ensuring our delivery commitments are adhered to. Our products are directed to the health and beauty sector with existing and new lines being added on a regular basis. This role hinges on being able to prioritise and adapt tasks to ensure critical deadlines are met. If you are capable of multitasking, can make decisions under pressure and work in a fast paced environment then you are the perfect match for this opportunity.

YOUR DUTIES
- Manage orders to ensure workflow to ensure delivery times are met.
- Print online orders for dispatch.
- Pick and pack sales orders for dispatch within 24 hours.
- Check backorders and weekly reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and correct placement of goods within warehouse.
- Liaise with other key staff members to make sure all tasks are running to schedule.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- You should possess a people oriented and customer focused outlook.
- A minimum of 3 years warehouse experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines either as part of a team or individually.
- Logical reasoning and problem solving abilities.
- Polite and friendly with a positive attitude.
- Hard working and a team player.
