**The Role**:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **Warehouse Assistants**. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking experience in a startup or small business environment, with potential for growth in operations and logistics as **Oddprod** expands.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Packing and moving boxes of fruits and vegetables.
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure produce meets standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse for a safe and organized workspace.
- Assisting with receiving incoming produce and preparing items for delivery.
- Supporting inventory management and order accuracy.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience within the food/fruit and vegetable industry (preferred).
- Prior warehouse logistics/packing experience (preferred).
- Ability to constantly stand and move for the duration of the shift and frequently lift 10-20 kg.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and positive.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Access to own transportation is a plus.

**Position Details**:

- **Type**: Casual.
- **Pay**: $25/hour.
- **Location**: Auburn.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
