**Role Overview**

We are seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our caring and values-driven team. You will be supporting NDIS participants with daily living activities, community access, personal care, and goal achievement—always with kindness, respect, and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality, individualised support in line with each participant’s NDIS plan and goals.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks.
- Support participants in engaging with their local community and social activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and reports in line with NDIS requirements.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the broader support team.
- Uphold and promote the Christian values and mission of Shepherd Care Australia in every interaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A heart for caring and a commitment to treating others with dignity and compassion.
- Strong alignment with the Christian values of Shepherd Care Australia.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
