**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
First point of contact for support related inquiries

Provide first/second level support and troubleshooting for IT technology related issues

Prioritise and manage support tickets and alerts within the Service Management tool

Assist in the deployment and management of new services and projects

Manage hardware and software escalations

Create knowledge articles

Customer service and expectation management

Work with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the support services offering

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Driver’s license and own vehicle - preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year
