A position has become available within our company for someone that loves structure, detail and security.

We are looking for a motivated team member who can hit the ground running and step into a contracts/sales administration role. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the preference of the successful applicant.

Main duties of the role:
1. Preparing Contracts of Sale

2. Administration duties, data entry and database management

3. Efficiently liaising with all conveyancers, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms

4. Preparing documentation and correspondence associated with the sale

5. Processing contracts and associated documentation

6. Liaising with internal and external Conveyancing and Legal teams, as well as Sales teams

7. Input contract information into relevant Contract Management Systems

8. Reporting from CRM as required

9. Monitoring contract dates

10. Trust account receipting

You ideally will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with numerous personnel, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and experience in the property industry.

For the right applicant, we are offering an appealing remuneration package (negotiable based on experience), training and support and an environment where you can be valued.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
