**Are you interested in Business and have a passion for working with people?**

Gain your Cert III in Business whilst working in the industry gaining hands on, real life skills. This traineeship provides entry-level opportunities for individuals to gain practical skills and experiences in various aspects of Business operations.

**About the Role**:
Make a difference in the community by supporting the administration team of a well-established disability and aged care service. As a Business Admin Trainee, you will assist with rostering, scheduling shifts for support staff, and ensuring seamless operations to provide high-quality care for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fulfilling sector while building a strong foundation in administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage data entry, filing, and general office tasks
- Assist with rostering and scheduling (for the disability and aged care role)
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure smooth communication with internal teams
- Contribute to other essential admin duties

**Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria**:

- Be well presented, professional, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Be motivated with a positive attitude
- Have a high attention to detail and a great phone manner
- Have general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite _preferred_
- Drivers licence and own transport preferred

**Please note**: Previous qualifications may affect Government funding required for this Traineeship. To be eligible you must be an Australian citizen, Permanent resident, or hold a valid visa that allows you to work and undertake training in Australia.

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
