**About This Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Affairs Specialist to join the Biogen team. The Medical Affairs Specialist will be the Tier 2 medical information expert for the organisation and work in partnership with medical vendors to create medical information packages. Also responsible for oversight of Biogens Drug Access programs and medical affairs systems development and maintenance, the Medical Affairs specialist role has plenty of variability to keep every day interesting. Reporting to the Senior Manager Medical Affairs and Operations this role is central to ensuring our customers have everything they need to optimise patient outcomes.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage medical information (MI) inquires in partnership with Tier 1 Medical Information Vendor
- Develop and maintain MI standard response letter repository
- Oversee the Tier 1 medical information vendor activities
- Oversee and maintain the Biogen drug access programs and systems
- Partner with commercial quality and drug safety to deliver safe and compliant programs
- Analyse medical data and disseminate reports/dashboards
- Maintain and facilitate Biogen monitoring initiatives
- Assistance with medical projects

**Required Skills**:

- Medical Information Experience
- 5 years Pharma Industry Experience
- B.Pharm or B.Sc
- Working knowledge og Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
- Proficient Microsoft office skills

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Sales Force and Health Cloud
- Excel and data Analytics
