Macmahon Maintenance Masters are **seeking motivated, reliable and experienced Underground Field Service Mechanics** to join the team immediately. Join a team where you can enjoy excellent rates and benefits, a variety of work and a manager who puts people first

- Flexible rosters - 8:6, 2:1 or 2:2 rosters (FIFO from Perth)

Duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

- Scheduled Services, minor rebuilds & ongoing preventive maintenance to a medium fleet of various underground machinery (listed below).
- Diagnose, Problem solve & Fault find
- Identify, interpret & repair for reuse any parts & accessories
- Meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes in a busy, fully equipped modern workshop
- Able to work in a multi-cultural work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised at times

- Production Drill - Sandvik DL421
- Jumbo - Atlas M2D
- Bogger - Sandvik 621i
- Dump Trucks - Sandvik TH663i
- Dump Truck - Atlas 5020
- Normet - Charmec 1614B
- IT Loader - Volvo 120
- Toyota Land Cruiser LV's

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mobile Plant)
- Current Manual Drivers Licence (mandatory)
- Proven experience on underground equipment
- Proven experience with major components; including engines, differentials, transmissions, torque converters, final drivers and minor components such as pumps and cylinders
- Exceptional diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
