**Werribee & Western Automotive Group** are an award winning multi franchised dealership group located in Melbourne’s West (Hoppers Crossing and Caroline Springs). We at Western Nissan are on the hunt for someone who is focused on customer satisfaction who is looking to take on a new challenge as a Customer Experience Coordinator.

Our Coordinators daily responsibilities consist of;
- Providing a dedicated customer service experience.
- Effectively managing vehicle servicing process from customer vehicle drop off to pick up
- Communicating and coordinating between customers and the workshop team.
- Responding to customer vehicle service queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring accurate administration & processing of customer vehicle servicing including payments
- Following up on customer bookings and enquiries through messages and phone calls.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction and promoting the completion of our customer experience surveys.

Previous experience in Automotive not necessary as we are after people with a dedication to customers and highly regard applicants with a background in retail, hospitality and or call centres. If you have an interest in all things Automotive and have a knack for customer service then this would be an ideal position for you.
