Position Title: Regional Project Lead - Emergency Dept/Urgent Care Centres (Loddon Mallee Health Network)
Classification: ADON level 2
Salary per hour (exc. super): $60.39
Hours per fortnight: 76
Employment Status: Fixed Term (12 months)

**Role Description**

The Regional Emergency (ED)/ Urgent Care Centre (UCC) Project Lead will be the key project resource and deliver the ED/ UCC Scoping Project on behalf of the Loddon Mallee Health Network.
- Support strengthening the Loddon Mallee Region emergency and urgent care system to ensure that all people of the Loddon Mallee Region have sustainable and equitable access to safe, person-centred and high quality unplanned urgent and emergency care.
- Drive improvement initiatives in alignment with the Victorian Department of Health ; _“Future of urgent care - strategic framework”. _Key responsibilities in alignment with this framework include:

- Align with the priorities of the _DoH Aboriginal Cultural Safety in Hospitals Collaboration; _Phase 1 -i identifying and designing initiatives to improve cultural safety in emergency departments (EDs) and urgent care centres,

Ensuring initiative undertaken by the LMHN:

- leverages local health service engagement,
- identifies solutions in collaboration with established sub-regional partnership structures
- Facilitates a standardised change management framework to maximise the success of all programs, projects and initiatives at the local and regional levels.

The Regional Emergency (ED)/ Urgent Care Centre (UCC) Project Lead will be responsible for outcomes related to program management and administration, including execution of agreed project plan and performance.
