**What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Promotions & Trading Specialist to join our team and work across both the Australian and New Zealand MILKRUN business, planning our activation calendar.
- Coordinate the weekly activation plan including supporting the delivery of best weekly trading plan, maximising customer offer, revenue and supplier investment
- End to end support of the weekly promotions execution in AU and NZ, including:

- Provide promotions detail to Ecomm / Marketing leads
- Pulling weekly offers from Woolworths systems to be run on the MILKRUN platform
- Execute MILKRUN weekly promo pricing and SKU selection
- Lead weekly replenishment meeting and share sales input to ensure enough stock is sent to stores to maximise stock availability of our promotions
- Weekly reporting and insights on exclusive MILKRUN activations & drive recommendations to optimise promotional strategy based on promotions analysisAd hoc support across Australia & New Zealand on pricing and promotions initiatives

**What you’ll bring
You’ll be someone who is highly customer-focused and detail orientated with a keen eye for process improvement. You’ll bring a strong passion for eCommerce and will have the ambition and drive to contribute to success
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a Commercial or Digital Activations role, preference for e-commerce businesses
- Experience in navigating, negotiating and influencing cross functional stakeholders
- Able to navigate, digest and analyse large data sets to support recommendations on how to drive better results
- Working autonomously, at a fast pace while having exceptional attention to detailFMCG/Retail experience highly regarded
