**About the Role**
As a Cleaner at NASHCLEANING, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, creating spotless, safe, and welcoming spaces that clients can rely on. This role is more than just cleaning; it’s about being a part of a team that takes pride in every detail and delivers consistently exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Meticulous Cleaning**: Perform high-standard cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms. Each job should reflect NASHCLEANING’s commitment to flawless, detail-focused results.
- **Surface Disinfection**: Proactively sanitize high-touch areas to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for all occupants.
- **Floor Care and Maintenance**: Use industry-leading tools and techniques to maintain all types of flooring, enhancing the space’s visual appeal and cleanliness.
- **Efficiency in Execution**: Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks promptly, ensuring every client’s space is up to NASHCLEANING’s standards without compromise.
- **Specialized Cleaning**: Occasionally tackle specialty tasks like carpet cleaning, window washing, and deep cleaning to broaden your skill set and deliver specialized services.

**Physical & Scheduling Requirements**
- **Physical Readiness**: Ability to stand, walk, and handle equipment throughout the shift, with a tad bit lifting
- **Flexible Schedule**: Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as client needs demand.
- **Access to a car **is a huge plus; transportation cost shall be reimbursed

- **EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING PROVIDED**

As a Cleaner with **NASHCLEANING**, you’ll have the _**flexibility**_ of working _**shifts ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week**_. You’ll be _onboarded_ as a **casual employee** with the potential to move into part-time or full-time employment as the company grows and _demand increases_. We **aim to offer** _consistent_ hours; however, our schedule is **based on customer demand**, which means there **may be weeks** where **shifts are shorter than scheduled**.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
