Crest personnel is working with their valued client to secure a full-time
**Administrator/Receptionist** for their manufacturing and heavy engineering company based South of the river - only 15km from Perth CBD.
Our client is a global branded company with their Australian head office being based in Sydney. You'll be based at their WA branch consisting of 7 office staff and 15 staff in the stores and workshop.
**The Role**
To provide professional and efficient administration support, exceptional customer service, and engage with the shop floor to senior managers. The bulk of your time will be supporting the services and production team, with the rest of your day on reception and also supporting the sales team.

- A professional and energetic persona; multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail and a personable manner.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good organisational and planning skills;
- Computer skill must be of a high level; competent with MS office
- Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines
- Good phone manner and strong written and verbal English is a must;
- Having used 'Pronto' software before will be an advantage;
- Experience in working with an industrial and/or factory environment before.
Flexible start time - encompassing 38hrs a week paid excluding breaks
