Ringwood, Australia Hendrick's Instruments Service Pty Ltd Full time

Hendrick's Instruments Service is a family owned company. We specialise in manufacturing and repairing surgical instruments for a number of hospitals throughout Australia.

Duties will include:

- Driving to Hospitals in Victoria using a company car
- Accounts payable (bank rec, money chase, wages, PAYG, BAS, Super, paying bills etc.) Accountant will help teach you.
- Booking jobs in and out on Excel
- Invoicing using MYOB Essentials
- Getting supplies when needed (ie. Water, cleaning supplies, tissues etc.)
- General office duties (Answering the phone, filing & cleaning)

Hours are Monday -Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-2:30pm

The company car is kept at the factory and only used for work purposes. No experience is necessary, on the job training will be provided.

**All applicants must be fully vaccinated (3 doses) against COVID 19 or have a valid exemption due to hospital requirements. A driver’s licence is required for the position.**

**Salary**: From $24.76 per hour
