Our Contact Centre is growing and we are looking for passionate, customer-focused staff to join the team - we are looking for a part time Customer Care Representative (0.4 FTE).

As a Customer Care Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions and enquiries whilst providing exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers. This position will also require you to identify customer needs and be proactive in contributing to MyState success.

- Previous experience in Banking - not essential but would be advantageous
