**The Role**
This is an exciting and dynamic position that will see the successful person influencing and shaping the contract and service delivery strategies of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Health Services Contract.
The position plays a pivotal role in the management of work packages, contract governance and the performance management framework.
You will be experienced in working with multi discipline teams and maintaining constructive cross team communication as well as having the ability to manage a high workload with mínimal supervision.
The current position is ongoing and we will be creating a merit pool to fill similar ongoing and non-ongoing positions that become available within the next 12 months.
**About our Team**
The ADF Health Service Contract Directorate is a high performing team, responsible for the oversight and management of the ADF Health Services Contract ensuring that the contract is fit for purpose now and throughout its life cycle.
The team supports the Director to manage the overarching contract management framework including work packages, contract governance, the performance management framework, risk, supply, demand and budget.
The work packages include, Integrated Contracted Health Professional Workforce, 24 hour Medical Advice, Triage and Referral Service, Specialised Services, Imaging and Radiology Services, Pathology Services, and Occupational Rehabilitation Services.
As a Contract Manager you will be adept at managing the relationship with the Contractor and stakeholder requirements of Garrison Health Services with respect to the effective delivery of Health Services.
The position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will be experienced in working with multi discipline teams and maintaining constructive cross team communication as well as having the ability to manage a high workload with mínimal supervision.
