We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join this Australian owned business who are a major player in the waste and recycling industry. As **Site Supervisor** you will be joining a rapidly growing team and overseeing the general operations of the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of site operations including people, safety, operations and quality.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to ensure improved site operations efficiencies.
- Lead a safety-first culture.
- Foster effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Effectively manage contractors and stock levels.
- Coordinate new project and audit processes.
- Operate the loader and forklift when required.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally a leadership role in a recycling or waste facility or a warehouse.
- First class communicator with the capacity to build and nurture long term relationships.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Hold a current and valid forklift licence, a loader ticket will be looked upon favourably
- Availability and flexibility to work 6am - 3pm
