Little Gems Child Care & Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education centre with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Jimboomba, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre values each and every staff member and knows that all educators work best in a happy secure environment. Management will support educators in all aspects of programming and resources to esnure that educators, children and their families are happy and cared for within our community.

Role Requirements
- a Cert 3 or studying towards
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG is an advantage
- effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
- A genuine desire to foster all children's development and provide stimulating environments.
