**Harrison Barratt Group is a Leading Recruitment Agency within the Construction Division, which specialises in Permanent, Contract and Labour Services to clients in Sydney.**

We are seeking a Allocator/Resoucer to join us.

**Duties will include**:

- Check-ins & assist running directors labour-hire book (Commissions earnt on this)
- Researching a list of tender lists and new jobs.
- Be available to take/make calls
- Assisting with PPE stocks and fitting
- Writing and posting job adverts to suit client needs
- Assist with company inductions including on hire and off-hire employees
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Travel to and from sites and our office as required
- Assist payroll and administration team with the collection of timesheets and other documents
- Assistant to the Director and office manager of the business
- Assist in the daily running of the business

**Your requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role,
- Advantageous if previously worked within the construction / civil industry
- Previously worked in a high pressure, fast-paced, target driven and focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Satisfactory level of computer competency (specific training will be provided)
- Full drivers license
- Show pride in personal appearance and image
