You would assist your Venue Leadership Team and the collective venue team to successfully operate the Hotel's Food, Beverage & Gaming operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the Hotel's day-to-day Food, Beverage & Gaming related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.

Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
- Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (Or willingness to obtain).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $46.00 per hour
