**WAITER/WAITRESS-SYDNEY**

We're looking for enthusiastic and efficient Waiter/Waitress to add to the existing team.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Valid **RSA** (responsible service of alcohol) or comfortable obtaining one for the position.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to be confident, passionate, and willing to learn
- Be approachable & visible so our guests know you are right there to assist with their needs.
- Strong hospitality background.
- Maintain a high focus on customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Beverage dispensing skills.
- Barista experience.
- Table waiting skills.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly manner. Must be able to take care of multiple tables and guests at one time (although training will also be provided on how to do this effectively).
- Taking guest orders for food & drinks, processing them via the POS & effectively communicating those orders with kitchen staff.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the restaurant to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
- Talking face to face & phone orders for takeaway customers.
- Running food & drinks.
- Ensure restaurant is presentable at the beginning of each service which includes setting tables with plates, cutlery etc.
- Cash handling/Use of POS.
