We are seeking a home care worker (morning and evening shifts available) to join our small friendly and professional team to work with village residents. Located on the Fremantle train line - you will not need a car for this Home Care Worker role.

**As a community based Home Care Worker you can expect to assist clients with**:

- Personal Care - Shower assist, dressing, medication prompt services
- Domestic Assistance - House cleaning, shopping, laundry
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Help client develop independent living skills
- Social Support - assist client to participate in social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.

**Home Care Worker Requirement**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Certificate III in Home Care & Community or Individual Support (Desirable)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
