**Your Role**:
Your role will be supporting the delivery of the social media strategy by developing content, reporting, and providing data insights.

You will build campaigns and manage integration and amplification with a digital first mindset.

***

**Your duties and background**:

- You will be sourcing content and scheduling for organic posts
- You will be working across a paid campaign
- You will have campaign experience - risks and lifecycle
- You can navigate complicated media landscapes
- You will look at social risk
- You will lead comms across scheme for content leads
- You will work with the design team to fulfil visual for channel
- You will develop social communications and marketing assets and materials
- You will ensure all marketing and social communications materials align with advertising guidelines and rules
- You will provide advice and support to stakeholders on a range of marketing and social communication strategies
- You will contribute towards the production of communication and marketing collateral
- You will manage complaints and queries received via social media channels

**Desirable Criteria**:
Experience and qualities within
- 5 years' experience ideally
- Paid campaigns experience
- Government and/or large complex organisations background
- Tertiary level qualifications in communications, social media or equivalent knowledge and skills experience
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personable, a good team and cultural fit
- Sprout Social as ideal
