We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Case Manager to join our vibrant Youth Space program. This is a full-time role, offering 38 hours per week, where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere.

As a Case Manager in our Youth Space program, your primary goal will be to re-engage students with education and learning. You will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional case management services, where you will help students problem solve and overcome any obstacles they may face in their academic journey.
