Critical to our senior leadership team, the Lifestyle Coordinator reports to the Residence Manager and is responsible for providing leadership and coordination in all aspects of Leisure & Lifestyle care. The objective of this role is to work within a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care and lifestyle services to enhance the lives of residents.

**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Develop a balanced therapeutic and social lifestyle program that is responsive to Leisure and Lifestyle at the residence that is based.
- Ensure resident needs are communicated and documented appropriately. This includes having input into resident assessments, person centred care plan development and reviews, and completing 3 monthly ROD reviews.
- Assist in the delivery and/or supervise the delivery of lifestyle programs as per the monthly calendar.
- Ensure all staff follows Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Be an excellent communicator who is dedicated to making a difference
