We are currently seeking an experienced HR Clerk to work in our Human Resource Team, supporting HR and payroll with doc controlling.
This position is on a Full Time Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administration and clerical support to our HR team.
- Maintain an up-to-date filing and archiving system.
- Support Payroll Administration tasks and ensure compliance with AS-4811-2006.
- Handle HR and Payroll-based document control.
- Distribute and create policy and procedural documents.
- Provide customer service to our valued employees and act as a point of contact.
- Update and enter data into ERMS and maintain HR team calendars.
- Arrange meetings, set appointments, and compile reports/spreadsheets.
- Complete audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
To be successful:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A professional and well-presented demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- The ability to take initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Own transport, as our location is not well-serviced by public transport.
