An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Identity Access Management professional to join the team as the IAM Lead, working for a leading provider of data and analytics products and services in Australasia. This is a company with a team of more than 800 staff, working with leading brands across the APAC region to bring data & analytics to life.

This role focuses on providing leadership of the company Identity Access Management roadmap, operations for customer, workforce and Privileged Identity Management and will require a combination of functional leadership, combined with technical experience to setup processes and technologies.

**As an IAM Lead, you will be responsible for**:

- Building a strategy and roadmap for Identity Access Management.
- Uplifting the Identity Access Management maturity across the company.
- Leading Identity Access Management matters in projects.
- Owning and operating workforce SSO solution (Azure AD).
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders and understanding their processes that can be enhanced using IAM solutions.

**About You**:

- Previous experience operating customer identity access management, workforce identity access management and/or privileged access management solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting technologies such as Okta, Sailpoint and Azure AD.
- General knowledge of security controls and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
