**The Job: Client Relations Manager**:
The Client Relations/Reception plays a pivotal role in cultivating strong patient relationships, ensuring satisfaction with Genialé's treatments and services, and addressing any concerns. Alongside maintaining existing patient connections and enhancing external communications, this role involves identifying new sales opportunities through industry analysis and patient feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and manage appointments promptly
- Provide information on Génialé's services and additional treatments
- Facilitate doctor-patient consultations
- Ensure completion of consent forms and post-care instructions
- Conduct patient follow-ups and request reviews
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of clinic spaces
- Act as the face and voice of Géniale, embodying our brand values
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotions
- Manage patient enquiries and appointment scheduling
- Handle Medicare billing and claims
- Perform general administration and reception duties

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical/Cosmetic clinic
- Proficiency in Medicare billing and claiming processes
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Engaging personality with a focus on relationship building

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
