**A day in the life of an Assistant Manager**:

- Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
- Make sure every guest walks away with a smile (and probably a full belly)
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, hitting targets and kicking goals
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches by rolling up your sleeves and jumping in wherever needed, bar, floor, functions or operations
- Leading from the front: inspiring and supporting our talented teams. Driving events, functions, and promotions to keep the venue buzzing.

**About you**:

- You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and have leadership skills to match
- You live for hospitality and have the energy, passion and personality that makes it work
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- You thrive in a social, team driven atmosphere and want to make an impact with everything you already know and also what you learn
- You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
