Associated Cleaning Services has over 50 years’ experience delivering exceptional cleaning services within the commercial cleaning industry. Our customer base is diverse and we operate at over 350 sites throughout Queensland, mainly in the greater Brisbane area.

The commercial cleaning industry is characterised by the need to meet high expectations using labour with varying levels of commitment and skill for the task. We’re seeking someone with:

- A flair for getting others to work efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to train, instruct and supervise others
- High attention to detail and uncompromising standards
- Effective communication skills when dealing with people from non-English speaking backgrounds
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to start up new sites with professionalism, urgency and thoroughness

These skills must be backed up by real world examples of your experience in a commercial cleaning setting.

As the majority of cleaning occurs in the evening or early morning, these will be your working hours. You will be expected to work across multiple sites. A car allowance forms part of the salary package.

Your key accountability will be the standard of cleaning achieved across about 80 sites. You will work closely with the Area Manager (who manages Client expectations), the Customer Care Coordinator (who coordinates periodical and once off work as well as customer complaints) and our network of Contractors (who deliver the service).

Salary package is negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: $49,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
